Identification and functional annotation of DEGs related to flavonoid and oil anabolism There was a highly significant negative correlation (−0.8728) between the total flavonoid content and oil content in C. oleifera seeds, and the expression levels of 1110 unigenes were remarkably correlated with the variation in the above two physiological indexes ( p value < 0.05).
