To compare the adsorption capacities of the four materials, tests were carried out under the following conditions: initial TC or CIP concentration = 10 mg L –1 , adsorbent dosage = 0.5 g L –1 , T = 298 K, and pH = 7.0. As observed from Figure 4 a, with the increase of particle size (150–300 nm), the adsorption capacity of 300 nm-PCN-224 showed an increasing trend, which was related to the disappearance of agglomeration and the increase of specific surface area.
