Results indicated that sitting time per day (h) was positively associated with depression symptoms [ B = 0.29 (0.06), p < 0.05, 95% CI = 0.17, 0.41]; and vigorous intensity exercise (min/week) and depression symptoms had a negative association that trended near significance [ B = −0.28 (0.15), p = 0.054, 95% CI = −0.56, −0.01].
