Nivolumab exposures (Cmax1) were marginally significant for grade 2+ IMAEs, but not for grade 3+ AEs, which is consistent with observations in other tumor types. 11 , 15 , 27 The models were successfully applied to support dose optimization to 240 mg q2w and 480 mg q4w flat‐dosing regimens of nivolumab.
