In this analysis, there was a numerical trend in baseline platelet count and response (i.e., platelet level ≥ 50 × 10 9 /L that is also 20 × 10 9 /L higher than baseline) decreasing from 71% in 18 patients with low TPO levels (< 115 pg/mL), 45% in eight patients with normal TPO levels (115–228 pg/mL), and 15% in five patients with high TPO levels (> 228 pg/mL) [ 35 ].
