A univariable extended Cox regression ( Table 2 ) demonstrated a strong and highly significant association between FRS (in percent) and graft failure (hazard ratio (HR): 1.04, 95%CI: 1.02–1.06, p < 0.001, model 1), indicating a 4% increased risk of developing graft failure over the course of 10 years, per percentage increase in the FRS.
