This finding may be significant in the extended search for effective adjuvants for the treatment of infection diseases, in which the enantiomer of the obtained compound trans - 11f , namely (3 R ,4 S )- N -benzyl-3-(4-fluoro-3-methylphenyl)-4-(diethoxyphosphoryl)azetidin-2-one (3 R ,4 S )- 11f , can be used as a lead structure for further pharmacomodulations and a broader understanding of molecular mechanisms.
