The simple effects showed that the immediate multiple-choice test significantly boosted performance on both of the delayed tests, while the immediate cued recall test only significantly enhanced performance on the delayed cued recall test but not on the delayed multiple-choice test (the effect was marginally significant at the uncorrected level).
