A highly significant decrease in overall house infestation with T. infestans as determined by timed-manual searches was observed between 0 and 1 YPS (CMH χ 2 = 70.5, df = 1, P < 0.001, OR: 0.36, 95% CI 0.28–0.46), with heterogeneous effects across strata ( χ 2 = 11.7, df = 2, P = 0.004) (Fig. 3 , Table 2 ).
