Statistical analysis of obtained results demonstrated that, RhoA, CTNNB1, and SPINK1 showed great potential to be used as biomarker for comparison of late-stage hepatic cirrhosis and early-stage HCC having cirrhotic background with a highly significant 3.34, 3.2 and 3.18-fold change while IFITM3 and SERPIND1 also gave significant results, both showing 2.24-fold change.
