coli BSI is associated with fatal outcome of the infection for CTX-susceptible phenotype (4% versus 27%, p = 0.05), and with a statistical trend for ESBL-negative phenotype (8% versus 27%, p = 0.07), for CAZ-susceptible phenotype (4% versus 20%, p = 0.06) for ESBL-negative phenotype (4% versus 27%, p = 0.05), for FEP-susceptible phenotype (6 versus 19%, p = 0.1) (Fig. 1 , Additional file 1 : Table S2).
