On the basis of these three subsets corresponding with NK cell maturation stages, we found that TIPE2-encoding Tnfaip8l2 gene expression showed an increasing trend from less matured mNK-Sp0 to more matured mNK-Sp1 and mNK-Sp2 ( Fig. 1D ), suggesting that TIPE2 expression increases along NK cell maturation.
