In the CR protocol, there were highly significant endogenous circadian rhythms in indices of pulmonary function in participants with asthma, with lowest function during the biological night (i.e., the half of the circadian cycle centered around the circadian CBT minimum, corresponding to ∼11:00 PM to 11:00 AM, or the circadian phase span of 270° to 90°; Fig. 3 A and B ).
