Transfection efficiency of cells with miR-202-5p mimic and si-ANP32E was confirmed by RT-qPCR, the results of which illustrated a decreasing trend in the cellular ANP32E expression upon miR-202-5p mimic treatment, while the expression of miR-202-5p was dramatically increased; the expression of ANP32E in the cells transfected with si-ANP32E was remarkably reduced, but was elevated in the cells treated with ANP32E (Fig. 3 C).
