We then explored the dose-dependent effect of Idebenone on α -synuclein levels at concentrations below 3 μ M (0.5 μ M, 1.0 μ M, 1.5 μ M, and 2.0 μ M) and found that the inhibitory effect on the expression of α -synuclein was stable and highly significant at an Idebenone concentration of 2.0 μ M.
