We found a trend for a correlation between predicted HLA binding and cytokine reactivity as well as more cytokine pos T cells in strong versus weak binders, but due to the large variation among the strong binders and the low number of selected weak binding peptides, these tests failed to reach significance ( online supplemental figure 4 ).
