Most countries have a decreasing or constant trend over time in age-specific YLL rates from all causes of mortality, in both sexes in older people; however, six countries (Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines) have an increasing trend.
