Investigating high-risk neuroblastoma only in the RNA-seq, NRC, and TARGET data sets, we observed the very poor 5-year OS of 34% (95% CI, 11 to 60), 0%, and 24% (95% CI, 11 to 40), respectively, for the patients with FOXR2 -expressing tumors, which is significantly worse than the others group in NRC and TARGET ( P < .001) and almost significant in the RNA-seq data set ( P = .052; Fig 2 B, Data Supplement).
