As summarized in a recent systematic review, our study was concordant with an earlier onset of psoriasis in women than in men, and an increasing trend of incidence until 70 years, after which it decreased. 24 Conclusion We provide for the first time a core measure of epidemiological information about psoriasis not previously available in Latin America.
