On the other hand, we found a significant difference in the slope of the non-susceptibility trend for amikacin ( p < 0.001), changing from a decreasing trend during the period 2018–2019 (from 94% to 87.5%, p = 0.007) to an increasing one during the pandemic period of the study (from 89.6% to 100%, p < 0.001), as well as for colistin ( p < 0.001), changing from an increasing trend during the pre-pandemic period (from 27.5% to 57.8%, p < 0.001) to a decreasing one during the pandemic period (from 53% to 47%, p = 0.01).
