[ 85 ] revealed a decreasing trend in the O -desmetyltramadol to tramadol ratio between extensive metabolizers of CYP2D6 (mean ratio: 0.30, n = 8), intermediate metabolizers of CYP2D6 (mean ratio: 0.21, n = 8), and the poor metabolizer of CYP2D6 (mean ratio: 0.072, n = 1), but an increasing trend of the N -desmetyltramadol to tramadol ratio in the same phenotype groups (mean ratio: 0.27, 0.34, and 1.5, respectively).
