Was there selection bias? Table 2 shows that engagement in care at 12 months (measured by VL assessment) was higher in the routine care arm than in the intervention arm, ,with an OR of 0.6 and a P 0f 0.058, which is borderline significant, and begs the question of whether the intervention would have been detrimental.
