When comparing the disease-free survival of patients with alterations in the TP53 gene to patients with wild-type TP53 (unaltered group), we observed a highly significant (logrank test p -value of 1.991 × 10 −6 ) decrease in disease-free survival in patients harboring TP53 alterations ( Supplemental Figure S1B ).
