Logistic regression analysis controlling for clustering indicated that regular e‐cigarette use was significantly lower in late compared to early users (OR = 0.54, 95% CI = 0.33, 0.87, P = 0.013), although this difference became marginally significant when controlling for covariates (OR = 0.87, 95% CI = 0.76, 1.000, P = 0.050).
