It was noteworthy that under continued loading, the hoop strain–axial strain curve of the specimens in the C-2-1.0-60 group ( Figure 11 b,c) maintained an increasing trend until the CFRP suffered a hoop fracture, which was similar to the CFRP-confined concrete [ 26 , 42 , 43 , 44 ].
