The OS was significantly longer with atezolizumab (20.2 months) compared to chemotherapy (13.1 months) ( p = 0.01) in the PD-L1 ≥ 50% subgroup, while this difference had borderline significance in the high-intermediate group and, thus, could not be tested in the overall population.
