marginally significantP = 0.08
There was a significant correlation between posterior DMN connectivity and overall mean cortical flortaucipir SUVr in the DLB group ( r = −0.39, P = 0.04), while this was marginally significant in the Alzheimer’s disease dementia group ( r = −0.35, P = 0.08) and there was no significant correlation in the control group ( r = −0.13, P = 0.20; Fig. 3A ).
