Indeed, the highest odds ratios were those of having autoantibodies neutralizing IFN-α2 and IFN-ω at 10 ng/mL and 100 pg/mL (67, P < 7.8 × 10 −13 and 54, P 〈 10 −13 ), while the presence of autoantibodies against IFN-α2 (45 at 10 ng/mL, P < 7.8 × 10 −13 and 23 at 100 pg/mL, P < 10 −13 ) and against IFN-α2 and/or IFN-ω, or IFN-ω were lower, albeit highly significant.
