After age, gender, and race-ethnicity were controlled in Model 2, the worse self-rated health of bisexual relative to heterosexual midlifers remained significant (OR=0.43, 95% CI=0.25–0.76), and the better self-rated health of gay and lesbian relative to heterosexual midlifers became marginally significant (OR=1.78, 95% CI=0.99–3.19).
