When blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 axis with an anti-PD-1 antibody, CD47Sirp α signal transduction can be weakened[ 78 ], suggesting that there may be a common pathway between the PD-L1/PD-1 axis and CD47-mediated immune escape, which is extremely significant for the further study of anti-immunotherapy.
