Transcript levels of mst1 increased significantly by 2.44 ± 0.12-fold under anoxia in liver but returned to control values during aerobic recovery ( Figure 6 A), whereas an increasing trend was observed in heart under anoxia with a significant increase of 1.5 ± 0.15-fold over controls during recovery ( Figure 6 B).
