We identified 15 candidate proteins in the SA and 10 in the US cohort that met our selection criteria for increasing Mtb burden - significance for both change over time after adjusting for 10% FDR and highly significant difference (p < 0.01) at time of TB diagnosis compared to asymptomatic IGRA or TST positive and negative cohort subjects who did not develop TB.
