In contrast, an increasing trend was found in a Dutch pediatric study (1990–2015) 36 and in Canada (1992–2010) 29 and US from 2009 to 2010 25 in the general population, the latter mainly attributed to changes in the registration of transformations in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) program.
