As some of the previously mentioned studies, we also did not find any significance of uNGAL alone in the diagnosis of obstruction or prediction of operation; however, the uNGAL/creatinine ratio was close to significance when compared between obstructed and non-obstructed groups with or without increased TTT ( Table 4 ).
