From 2012 to 2017, α-9 HPV positive samples accounted for 53.68% of all HPV positive samples and 73.22% of high-risk HPV positive samples, showing an increasing trend. α-9 genus HPV is highly prevalent and pathogenic; its carcinogenicity is mainly realized through E6 oncoproteins guided by the E6 gene through triggering the immortalization of infected cells.
