Then, it provides a dynamic analysis on the APE of the YREB from 2010–2019 and studies the differences in the agricultural efficiency in the YREB by using the combination of the DEA and Malmquist index without excluding the influencing factors of environmental factors and random disturbance, with the APE of the YREB showing an increasing trend in terms of fluctuation=; however, the APE of Jiangsu and Hubei is low due to environmental factors.
