In the vector–mRNA group ( n = 16), the median ID 50 one month after prime vector-based vaccination (Vaxzevria ® ) was 143 (IQR = 112–254) and the median ID 50 one month after booster vaccination with an mRNA vaccine was 4978 (IQR = 3364–7508), which, when compared, was found to be a highly significant boost in neutralizing titers ( Figure 2 a, p < 0.0001, Wilcoxon t test).
