borderline significancep = 0.062
The difference was statistically significant for HVO PM+NOx ( p = 0.011) and with borderline significance for HVO NOx ( p = 0.062).
The difference was statistically significant for HVO PM+NOx ( p = 0.011) and with borderline significance for HVO NOx ( p = 0.062).
Although no decrease in absolute PNIF values was found for the HVO exposures, we observed a statistically significant decrement in ΔPNIF during HVO NOx exposure compared to the FA exposure (− 18.1 L min −1 , p ≤ 0.001), and a borderline significant decrement during HVO PM+NOx exposure (− 7.4 L min −1 , p = 0.08).
For both PNIF and PEF, there was an increasing trend throughout the FA exposure while no such increase was seen for neither of the two HVO exposures.
