We found highly significant linear associations with large residuals between latitude and both D . sublineata in the global SNP dataset (adjusted R 2 = 0.433; p < 0.01; Figure S18 a) and the Chilik ecotype in the D . carinulata (adjusted R 2 = 0.239; p < 0.01; Figure S18 b), demonstrating that latitudinal variation may have influenced differential establishment and spread among genotypes. 3.4.
