In contrast, protocorms associated mainly with Mycena (OTU3) and in this case there was a highly significant, positive relationship between seed germination and the abundance of Mycena ( Figure 5 ), indicating that the local distribution of this fungus is the determining factor driving spatial patterns of seed germination.
