We performed gene ontology (GO) analysis of genes that are less abundant in Tet3‐ and Tet‐TKD 2‐cell embryos and found highly significant GO processes enriched for terms like “RNA metabolic process, RNA processing, ncRNA processing, translation”, with in general lower P ‐values for Tet3‐KD than Tet‐TKD embryos (Table EV1 ).
