Analysis with Harmony 4.1 software indicated that the mean square displacement (squared norm of a vector from the point of the first to the point of the current displacement observation, averaged over all cells in the well) of AGS and HGC-27 cells treated with graded concentrations of betulonic acid showed a decreasing trend with increased observation time ( Figure 5 A).
