Forest plots of causal effects using single SNP showed that none of them is extremely significant for association with psychiatric disorders/traits ( Supplementary Figures 2A , 3A ), and the leave-one-out sensitivity analysis demonstrated no single SNP driving the causal association signal ( Supplementary Figures 2B , 3B ).
