While increased tumor cell death followed an increasing trend from ACY241 to Oxaliplatin to the combination, immune cells were largely unaffected in the presence of one or both drugs in this short-term culture ( Figure 6c-f ) suggesting that the combination of ACY241 and Oxaliplatin does not promote a significant toxic effect on tumor-associated immune cells.
