Results Our general logistic regression model highlighted mostly a great variation between individual trees regarding prevalence ( Table 1 ), and almost no category had a prevalence significantly different from baseline categories, except for the “top of tree” category, which had a significantly smaller prevalence rate, while the interaction between leaf age and tip location was marginally significant, with a greater prevalence than expected by chance in tip area of young leaves.
