The neutralizing antibodies generated from two doses of CoronaVac vaccine revealed a worrying trend, with average titer decreasing to 1:8 after 6 months post the second vaccination [ 2 , 3 ]. mRNA vaccine effectiveness against infection among health care personnel peaked on 3–4 weeks after the second dose (96.3%)[ 4 ] and dropped to approximately 65% at 6 months post the second dose with a continuous declination.
