The results revealed that four major markers (10-hydroxyoleoside dimethylester, 8-demethyl-7-ketoliganin, elenolic acid and salidroside) increased after processing, while the other four (neonuezhenide/isomer, verbascoside/isomer, luteoline and nuzhenal A) showed a decreasing trend.
