Regardless of the GWAS model, the knob marker on chromosome 9 displayed the same performance concerning the flowering time, showing the p -value highly significant ( Table 2 ), while for the knobs K3L, K5L and K7S the p -value was not significant for flowering time and genome size ( Supplementary Table S3 ).
