Based on the highly significant QSARs between the experimentally determined lipophilicity parameters (on columns imitating biosystems) and pharmacokinetic parameters, as well as the reliable and predictive QSAR models developed for assessing the penetration of the blood–brain barrier, this small molecule could be expected to have good bioavailability and high permeability through biological barriers [ 2 , 3 , 4 ].
