Further, of the six molecules concurring in both studies, four (PF4, Apo A-I, VDB, Angiogenin) were among the five exhibiting stronger intensities in our analysis of exosome samples and, interestingly, five (PF4, Apo A-1, VDB, Complement C5/C5a, Adiponectin) ranked consistently higher in PLT-Exos-Ca 2+ than PLT-Exos, despite an overall trend for most signals toward a decrease in PLT-Exos-Ca 2+ relative to PLT-Exos.
